We are always looking at ways of improving our access audit services. With this in mind we are thrilled to welcome our brand new Administration Manager to the team. Lesley has accepted her new role and is excited about helping Direct Access continue to provide the best possible services to all of our clients.

One of the reasons we are so happy to have Lesley on our team is because of her extensive skills and experience which she will bring with her to the position of Administration Manager. Lesley has previously worked as the Headmistress of Mary Hare Grammar School for the Deaf, a fantastic school in Newbery. Her position as Headmistress has helped her to further develop a wonderful understanding of the skills required to provide excellent support to disabled people of all ages within the education environment. On a more personal level of experience Lesley has a deaf son which has contributed to her natural understanding of deaf people and their requirements in everyday life.

Lesley will be working with us to help our company continue to grow from strength to strength. While Lesley will be working with is in many different aspects which fall under her role as Administration Manager she will be a valuable asset to our educational clients.  We work constantly with educational clients ranging from schools to Universities. One of the ways we help is by providing access audits to make sure all of the pupils, employees and visitors to educational buildings are welcomed and catered for, by ensuring the building complies with the Equality Act 2010.
