Tactile Signage
Our tactile (braille) signage provision is a full service product 
that allows you to order signs from us. From design right through to installation, this service creates and works with you every step of the way, giving you the opportunity to ensure that you’ve got consistent, clear signage, for partially sighted, blind and those who struggle to read conventionally. We provide you with tactile signs, designed with your choice of language, to ensure that your building is fully accessible, no matter who visits. Tactile signage is vital in all buildings, but is an incredibly easy process to complete.

Lifetime Homes Consultancy
Lifetime Homes Consultancy is a full service auditing system 
to ensure that your residential build passes the needs of the Lifetime Homes Consultancy system. We ensure that your building passes the compliance needs of these guidelines and allows you to apply the 16 criteria to your building or design, making them fully accessible, no matter how long the person has lived there – the foundation of which is to ensure that people do not need to move as they become older and less able to move around. Ensuring that homes are designed as forward facing and future proof as possible is a key element of these guidelines, and we can ensure that your designs pass the criteria.

Our Access Statements are designed for one thing only, and that is to achieve planning permission with the minimum of fuss – Our access statement team consists of disability experts that know how to write Access Statements that will win your Local Authority over. In fact the company’s CEO, Steven Mifsud was a former Access Officer for Chester City Council and worked in the Council’s Planning Department.

Access Consultancy
We offer access consultancy services from the outset – 
in tandem with our lifetime homes consultancy, or as a separate service, we can help ensure that your building is designed to the needs of your client, from the outset. It’s important to understand that these designs are created from the earliest possible point in the design process.
As these designs are often created early in the process, they ensure that there are less or no delays to the process and build timetable, and that companies can plan and budget accordingly, as well as ensuring that their building is meeting the needs of their potential visitors and staff. Access consultancy can be completed in tandem with Access Statements and other projects.
